We are thrilled to unveil new websites for all Stevie Awards websites that are currently open for 2026. Both the front end of our website and the back end, where you will create an account and submit nominations, are new and look different if you have previously entered the Stevie Awards programs.

General

Which awards programs are already using the new system?
All programs that are currently open for entries, including the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, The American Business Awards, and the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.

When will the other Stevie Awards competitions transition to the new platform?
All other programs will move over to the new platform closer to when they open for entries in 2026.

Will all Stevie Awards programs now live on one website?
Yes, in 2026 after all of the 2026 competitions are open for entries, all program information will live at StevieAwards.com.


Entrants

Do I need a new login, or can I use my old credentials?
You will need a new login even if you have entered the Stevie Awards programs before. You can use the same email address, but will need to request a new password.

Can I use the same account to enter multiple Stevie Awards programs?
Yes, you only need one login now to access all nine Stevie Awards programs in 2026. For programs that are not open yet, if you have an account on those sites, you can still log in there to access judges' comments, etc. On the new sites, after you’ve logged in, click on the dropdown on the top right of the page to toggle between award programs.

How do I select the right category for my nomination?
Review your entry kit and the Categories page of StevieAwards.com to find the categories that are best suited to you and your organization.

Also, be sure you select the award program that you want in the top right corner of your entry account. Each program has different categories. If you need help selecting categories, email Help@StevieAwards.com

Can I clone or reuse a nomination across different Stevie Awards programs?
Yes, you can now clone saved or submitted nominations to enter them in a different category.

Can I submit multiple entries at once?
You will need to select one category, upload your entry, and then save it. After that, you can select your next category and create a new entry. After you’ve saved all entries that you want to submit, you can go ahead and submit them and select your payment method.

Will my past nominations be saved in the system?
No, all nominations from past years have been removed. In the future, there will be an ongoing record of all nominations you’ve submitted.

Can I still enter from a mobile device or tablet?
Yes, you can. This is a new feature.


Judges

Do judges also have to create new accounts?
Past judges can use the same email address they used in the past, but they will need to request a new password.

Can judges use a single login for all Stevie Awards programs?
Yes they can, same as entrants. Entrants and judges will use the same system and will be able to toggle between the entering system and the judging system on the left side of the page.

Has judging changed at all?
No, the requirements for judges have not changed. Judges will now login to the system the same way as entrants and can toggle between programs, but judging practices and standards have not changed.


Payments

What payment methods are available in the new system?
The new platform supports a wide range of payment methods for your convenience. You can pay using a credit or debit card, bank account, bank transfer, Cash App Pay, Affirm, Klarna, pre-authorized debit, or Amazon Pay.

Can I pay my invoice later, or in installments?
Yes. The new system offers a “pay later” option, as well as installment plans through providers such as Affirm and Klarna. This gives you flexibility to manage your payment schedule while ensuring your entries are processed.

Where do I go if I need a copy of my invoice or receipt?
Invoices and receipts can be easily found and downloaded from your account dashboard. The new system also makes it simple to modify invoices if needed.


Languages

Can I now submit my entry in a language other than English?
Yes. You may submit your nomination in 30+ languages. The system will automatically translate your submission into English for our judges.

Which languages does the system support for automatic translation?
The new platform supports over 30 languages, including Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and many more. A full list will be available on our website.

Will judges see the translated version of my nomination?
Yes. While you will enter your nomination in your preferred language, judges will review an automatically translated English version to ensure consistency across evaluations. Judges will be alerted that the English may not be perfect because it was translated. They will not deduct points for this.

Where can I learn how to use the new entry system?
We’ve designed the new system to be intuitive and user-friendly, but we also offer resources to help you get comfortable. Step-by-videos can be seen above, or join one of our recurring workshops.

When are the live workshops happening, and how can I join?
Starting Thursday, October 16, 2025 we will host live workshops on a recurring basis to walk entrants through the new system. These sessions will demonstrate how to navigate the platform and provide an opportunity to ask questions in real time. Click here to see the workshop schedule.
