American Business Awards®

The following are the terms and conditions of entry to The 2026 American Business Awards®. By submitting entries to the competition you assent that you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Entry Fees

Entry Fees differ per category and are listed on the ABA web site. Entry fees must be paid before entries will be submitted to judges for review.

You may withdraw one or more entries from the competition and receive a refund of entries fees paid for those entries through February 10, 2026. After that date entries may still be withdrawn, but no refunds will be issued. If for extraordinary circumstances after February 10 we must submit your entries for judging before entry fees are paid, your entries will be nonrevokable and entry fees will be payable.

Acceptance of Stevie Awards Correspondence

Every entrant has a designated point of contact: a single person with whom we communicate about the disposition of entries submitted. We will send regular email correspondence to your organization’s point of contact, especially after winners are announced in late April. Your organization’s point of contact agrees to:

  • Whitelist the email address help@stevieawards.com, from which most of our email correspondence will come

  • Read all email correspondence from us promptly and respond as requested or required

Maintenance of Your Entry Account Information

Your organization’s entry-submission account on the Stevie Awards website, through which your entries are submitted, will contain the contact information for your point of contact, including that person’s name, postal mailing address, email address, and telephone number. Your organization’s point of contact agrees to maintain the information in this entry-submission account and update it if and when necessary. The entry-submission account may be logged into at any time at the-stevie-awards.com

Final Decision

In the event of a dispute as to the category in which an entry(s) will be judged, the decision of the Stevie Awards staff will prevail. Judges may recommend that an entry be switched to a different category, and at their discretion Stevie Awards staff may change an entry’s category.

Any offline materials submitted as part of your entries will not be returned.

Payment of Shipping Fees

Gold, Silver, and Bronze Award winners who are not represented at the June 9 awards banquet in New York to accept their award(s) will be offered the opportunity to opt-in to pay shipping fees to receive their physical awards. Those who do not opt-in will still be winners in good standing, but will not be shipped their awards.
Shipping fees payable will be as follows:

Shipments within the U.S.A.
• U.S. $42 per Gold Stevie Award trophy
• U.S. $18 per Silver or Bronze Medal

Shipments to Canada
Trophies will be shipped by FedEx International Economy, DHL Express, or UPS and fees include all customs fees and taxes
• U.S. $95 per Gold Stevie Award trophy
• U.S. $39 per Silver or Bronze Medal

Shipments to All Other Nations
Trophies will be shipped by FedEx International Economy, DHL Express, or UPS and fees include all customs fees and taxes
• U.S. $335 per Gold Stevie Award trophy
• U.S. $48 per Silver or Bronze Medal

Shipping fee invoices would be issued or charges placed during the final week of June. Awards will not be shipped until shipping fees have been paid.

Publication of Stevie-winning Entries

The full-text of Gold Stevie Award-winning entries will be published on the Stevie Awards web site approximately three months after the final results are announced. Gold Stevie Award winners will be given the opportunity to redact any confidential or non-public information from their entries before publication. If you should have one or more Gold Stevie Award-winning entries in The 2026 American Business Awards, you agree to respond promptly to our request for edits or redactions to those entries before publication.

Notice of Filming and Photography at The American Business Awards Banquet

Please be aware that by attending this event, you agree to be filmed or photographed. Photographs and/or videos taken at the awards banquet may be used in the Stevie Awards website publications, news releases, and in other media communications related to the mission of the Stevie Awards.

Identity Verification

The Stevie® Awards has the right to verify the identity, employment, and affiliations of all Stevie Awards entrants. You may be asked to use an online verification tool after submitting your nomination(s).

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions will render your entries ineligible. Entry fees will not be refunded.

Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards

The following are the terms and conditions of entry to the 2026 Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards. By submitting entries to the competition you assent that you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

The veracity of claims made in winning entries may be audited. Any entry found to contain false or misleading information will be disqualified.

Entry Fees

Entry Fees differ per category and are listed on the awards website. Entry fees must be paid before entries will be submitted to judges for review.

You may withdraw one or more entries from the competition and receive a refund of entries fees paid for those entries through 10 December 2025. After that date entries may still be withdrawn, but no refunds will be issued. If for extraordinary circumstances after 10 December we must submit your entries for judging before entry fees are paid, your entries will be nonrevokable and entry fees will be payable.

Acceptance of Stevie Awards Correspondence

Any offline materials submitted as part of your entries will not be returned.

German Stevie® Awards

Regeln und Bestimmungen des Wettbewerbs

Es folgen die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen der Anmeldung zu den German Stevie® Awards 2025. Mit dem Einreichen Ihrer Nominierungen bestätigen Sie, dass Sie die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelesen haben und diese akzeptieren.

Teilnahmeberechtigung

Jede Organisation und jede Einzelperson, die ihren Sitz in einem europäischen Land hat, in dem Deutsch Amtssprache ist, darf nominiert werden. Das gilt für Deutschland, Österreich, die Schweiz, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg und Belgien.

Für die German Stevie Awards 2025 werden alle Leistungen und Projekte zugelassen, die im Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zur Einreichung ihrer Nominierung, erbracht wurden. Nominierungen sollten ausschließlich Leistungen und Erfolge aus diesem Zeitfenster beschreiben. Nominierungen, die bereits bei den German Stevie Awards 2024 ausgezeichnet wurden, können für 2025 erneut eingereicht werden, sofern sie in anderen Kategorien eingereicht werden als im Vorjahr.
Nominierungen für Videos, Publikationen, Live-Events und andere Medien dürfen eingereicht werden, wenn sie seit diesem Datum zum ersten Mal statt gefunden, bzw. veröffentlicht wurden. Für Nominierungen im Bereich Webseiten und Apps gibt es keinen Gültigkeitszeitraum, wann sie zum ersten Mal veröffentlicht wurden.

Keine Teilnahmegebühren

Wir berechnen keine generellen Anmeldegebühren für die Einreichung von Nominierungen für die German Stevie Awards. Sie können unbeschränkt so viele Nominierungen für so viele Kategorien einreichen, wie Sie möchten.

Annahme oder Ablehnung von Nominierungen

Die Stevie Awards-Mitarbeiter prüfen alle eingereichten Nominierungen, um ihre Eignung für die Bewertung durch unsere professionellen Juroren zu bewerten. Nominierungen, die aus irgendeinem Grund als ungeeignet angesehen werden, werden abgelehnt und als „Gespeichert, aber nicht eingereicht“ an die Nutzerkontos der Teilnehmer retourniert. Abgelehnte Nominierungen können geändert und erneut zur Bewertung eingereicht werden. Nominierungen werden meist dann abgelehnt, wenn sie als unseriös oder unvollständig angesehen werden.

Benachrichtigung in Bezug auf den temporären Stevie-Preisträgerstatus

Die Stevie Award-Preisträger werden am 11. August 2025 per E-Mail über ihren vorläufigen Gold-, Silber- oder Bronze-Stevie-Preisträgerstatus benachrichtigt. Die Preisträger haben anschließend nur zwei Wochen Zeit, um die Zahlung der Preisträgergebühr für jede erfolgreiche Nominierung zu leisten oder den Nachweis ihrer Zahlung zu erbringen. Der Preisträger-Status ist nur so lange vorläufig, bis die Preisträgergebühren gezahlt wurden. Um als Preisträger anerkannt zu werden, müssen die Preisträgergebühren für alle erfolgreichen Nominierungen einer Organisation bezahlt werden. Eine Auswahl aus den vorläufig ausgezeichneten Nominierungen ist nicht möglich!

Preisträgergebühr

Für jede Nominierung, die einen Gold, Silber und Bronze Stevie Award gewinnt, wird eine Preisträgergebühr von €535 fällig, welche spätestens bis zum 25. August 2025 gezahlt werden muss. Nominierungen, die bis zum ersten Einsendeschluss (14. Mai 2025) eingehen, haben Anspruch auf eine reduzierte Preisträgergebühr in Höhe von €495 pro erfolgreicher Nominierung. Bei mehreren erfolgreichen Nominierungen muss die Preisträgergebühr für ALLE erfolgreichen Nominierungen geleistet werden. Es kann keine selektive Auswahl getroffen werden. Mit der Zahlung der Preisträgergebühr gehen erfolgreiche Nominierungen vom vorläufigen in den dauerhaften Preisträgerstatus über.

Mit der Zahlung der Preisträgergebühr pro erfolgreicher Stevie-Nominierung werden die folgenden Leistungen für Stevie Award-Preisträger freigegeben:

  • das Recht, den Stevie-Preisträgerstatus für die Nominierung am oder nach dem 25. August 2025 öffentlich zu beanspruchen;

  • die Aufnahme der erfolgreichen Nominierung in die am 25. August 2025 veröffentlichten offiziellen Preisträgerlisten;

  • das Recht zur Verwendung der Preisträgerlogos der German Stevie Awards 2025;

  • eine personalisierte Gold Stevie Award-Trophäe oder eine Silber- bzw. Bronze-Stevie Award-Medaille je nach Gewinnlevel;

  • den Zugang zu sämtlichen Kommentaren der Jury in Bezug auf alle ihre Bewerbungen;

  • das Recht zum Kauf von Eintrittskarten für das gemeinsame Preisverleihungsbankett der German Stevie Awards und International Business Awards im Oktober 2025.

Ankündigung der Stevie-Preisträger

Die Gold, Silber und Bronze Stevie-Preisträger werden am 25. August 2025 öffentlich bekanntgegeben. Nur erfolgreiche Nominierungen, für die Preisträgergebühren gezahlt wurden oder deren Zahlung dokumentiert wurde, werden als Preisträgerunternehmen verkündet. Nominierungen mit vorläufigem Preisträgerstatus, für welche mit Stand vom 25. August 2025 keine Preisträgergebühren gezahlt wurden, werden vom Wettbewerb disqualifiziert, erhalten keine Trophäen oder Medaillen und die Teilnehmenden haben kein Recht, einen Preisträgerstatus für diese Nominierungen zu fordern. Es gibt keine Ausnahmen.

Zurückziehung von Bewerbungen

Vor dem zweiten Einsendeschluss am 12. Juni 2025 können Sie aus jedwedem Grund eine oder mehrere Bewerbungen aus dem Wettbewerb zurückziehen. Nach diesem Datum beginnt die Bewertung durch die Juroren und sobald diese Bewertung begonnen hat, können keine Bewerbungen mehr zurückgezogen werden.

Akzeptanz der Stevie Awards-Korrespondenz

Jede Bewerbung bekommt über das Online-Nutzerkonto der einreichenden Organisation einen Ansprechpartner zugewiesen: eine Person, mit der wir hinsichtlich der Verwendung der eingereichten Bewerbungen kommunizieren. Wir schicken regelmäßig E-Mails an den Ansprechpartner der Organisation, insbesondere nachdem die Stevie Award-Preisträger:innen im August bekanntgegeben wurden. Die Kontaktperson der Organisation erklärt sich bereit:

  • Die E-Mail-Adresse help+europe@stevieawards.com, über die größtenteils die E-Mail-Korrespondenz erfolgt, zu whitelisten.

  • Unsere E-Mails zeitnah zu lesen und wie erbeten zu beantworten.

Pflege von Nutzerdaten

Das Nutzerkonto jeder Organisation, über das die Bewerbungen auf der German Stevie Awards-Webseite eingereicht werden, beinhalten die Kontaktdaten eines durch die teilnehmende Organisation designierten Ansprechpartners einschließlich des Namens, der Postanschrift, der E-Mail-Adresse und der Telefonnummer dieser Person. Der Ansprechpartner der teilnehmenden Organisation bestätigt, die Daten auf diesem Nutzerkonto zu pflegen und bei Bedarf zu aktualisieren. Das Nutzerkonto kann jederzeit unter https://gsa.stevieawards.com/user aufgerufen werden.

Endgültige Entscheidung

Im Falle von Unstimmigkeiten über die Kategorie, in welcher ein Beitrag bewertet werden soll, liegt die diesbezügliche Entscheidung bei den Stevie Awards-Mitarbeitenden. Die Juror:innen können ihre Empfehlung darüber aussprechen, dass eine Bewerbung in eine andere Kategorie aufgenommen werden soll, und in diesem Fall liegt es im Ermessen der Stevie Awards-Mitarbeitenden, die Aufnahme einer Bewerbung in eine andere Kategorie zu beschließen.

Verwendung eingereichter Materialien

Die als Teil von Bewerbungen offline eingereichten Materialien werden nicht zurückgeschickt.

Zahlung von Versandgebühren

Gold-, Silber- und Bronze-Preisträger:innen, die beim gemeinsamen Preisverleihungsbankett der German Stevie Awards und der International Business Awards an einem Veranstaltungsort in Europa nicht anwesend sind, um ihre Auszeichnung(en) entgegenzunehmen, haben die Möglichkeit, sich für die Zahlung von Versandgebühren zu entscheiden, um ihre physischen Auszeichnungen zu erhalten. Diejenigen, die sich dagegen entscheiden, sind zwar immer noch vollwertige Preisträger*innen, bekommen aber ihre Trophäen oder Medaillen nicht zugeschickt.

Für jede Trophäe, die sie auf postalischem Weg erhalten möchten, entsteht eine Versandkostenpauschale von 335 US-Dollar. Für jede Medaille beträgt diese 55 US-Dollar.

Beachten Sie den vorstehenden Abschnitt mit der Überschrift Pflege von Nutzerdaten. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Ihnen Versandkosten doppelt in Rechnung zu stellen, wenn Ihre Award-Zustellung an uns retourniert wird, weil die Versandadresse in Ihrem Zugangsaccount falsch ist oder Sie uns keine alternative Versandadresse haben zukommen lassen und Ihre Awards als unzustellbar an uns oder einen unserer Award-Hersteller zurückgeschickt werden.

Veröffentlichung von Stevie-prämierten Beiträgen

Die Nominierungen der Gold Stevie Award-Preisträger:innen werden ungefähr einen Monat nach der Preisverleihung in voller Länge auf der Website der German Stevie Awards veröffentlicht. Die Preisträger*innen der Gold Stevie Award erhalten die Möglichkeit, vor der Veröffentlichung vertrauliche oder nichtöffentliche Informationen in ihren Nominierungen unkenntlich zu machen bzw. zu entfernen. Falls Sie für Ihre Bewerbungen bei den German Stevie Awards 2025 mindestens einen Gold Stevie Award erhalten, stimmen Sie zu, Ihre Bewerbungen unmittelbar nach unserer Anfrage vor der Veröffentlichung zu bearbeiten.

Bekanntmachung über Dreh- und Fotoaufnahmen beim Bankett der German Stevie Awards

Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie sich mit der Teilnahme am Preisverleihungsbankett damit einverstanden erklären, gefilmt oder fotografiert zu werden. Fotos und/oder Videos, die beim Preisverleihungsbankett aufgenommen wurden, dürfen in Veröffentlichungen auf der Stevie Awards-Website, in Pressemitteilungen und in anderen Medienmitteilungen im Zusammenhang mit der Mission der Stevie Awards verwendet werden.

Identitätsprüfung

Die Stevie® Awards haben das Recht, die Identität, Beschäftigung und Zugehörigkeit aller Stevie Awards-Teilnehmer zu überprüfen. Nach der Einreichung Ihrer Nominierung(en) werden Sie möglicherweise aufgefordert, ein Online-Verifizierungstool zu verwenden.

Bei Missachtung dieser Regeln & Bestimmungen werden Ihre Bewerbungen unzulässig. Preisträgergebühren und Versandkosten werden nicht erstattet.

Gold Stevie Award winners will be given the opportunity to redact any confidential or non-public information from their entries before publication. If you should have one or more Gold Stevie Award-winning entries in The 2025 International Business Awards, you agree to respond promptly to our request for edits or redactions to those entries before publication. If you prefer that we not publish your Gold Stevie-winning nomination, we will honor your request.

Middle East & North Africa Stevie® Awards

The following are the terms and conditions of entry to the 2026 Middle East & North Africa Stevie® Awards. By submitting entries to the competition, you assent that you have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • Acceptance or Rejection of Nominations

    The Stevie Awards staff will review all nominations submitted to evaluate their suitability for evaluation by our professional jurors. Nominations that are considered inappropriate for any reason will be rejected and returned as "saved but not submitted" to the user accounts of the participants. Rejected nominations may be changed and re-submitted for evaluation. Nominations are usually denied if they are considered frivolous or incomplete.

  • Notification Regarding the Temporary Stevie Award Winner Status

    Stevie Award winners will be notified by email on 24 March, 2026 of their temporary Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award winner status. The award winners then have three weeks to pay the Winners Fee for each successful nomination or to provide evidence of their payment. The Prize Winner status will be temporary until the award winners have been paid. In order to be recognized as a Stevie winner, the Winners’ Fees must be paid for all successful nominations.

  • Winners’ Fee

    Each nominee wishing to win a Gold, Silver, or Bronze Stevie Award will be charged a USD $585 Winners’ Fee, which must be paid no later than 14 April, 2026. Nominations received by the first deadline (3 December 2025) are eligible for a reduced Winners’ Fee of USD $545 per nomination. If you have multiple temporary winner nominations, you must pay the Winners’ Fee for all of them. You may not choose to pay the Winners’ Fees for some of your nominations but not others. With payment, successful nominations pass from temporary to permanent Stevie winners’ status.

    Upon payment of the Winners’ Fee per successful Stevie nomination, the following benefits will be released to Stevie Award winners:

    • The right to publicly claim the Stevie Award winner status for the nomination on or after 16 April, 2026

    • The inclusion of the successful nomination in the official prize-winner lists published on 16 April, 2026 on the Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards website and other Stevie Awards media

    • The right to use the award-winning signs or logos of the 2026 Middle East & North Africa Stevie Awards

    • A personalized Gold Stevie Award trophy, Silver Stevie medallion, or Bronze Stevie medallion

    • Access to all the jury's comments regarding all your applications

Only successful nominations for which Winners Fees have been paid or whose payment has been documented will be announced as winners. Nominees with temporary winner status from whom we have not received payment, or notification that payment has been initiated, as of 14 April, 2026, will be disqualified from the competition, receive no awards, and have no right to claim Stevie winner’s status for these nominations. No exceptions will be made.

  • Withdrawal of Applications

    For any reason, prior to the second submission deadline of 21 January, 2026, you may withdraw one or more entries from the competition. After this date, the judges will start their evaluation and as soon as this evaluation has begun, no more applications may be withdrawn.
